Today consumer electronics are a huge industry numbering in the tens of billions of dollars in transactions per year in the US alone. We are obsessed with electronics today, and it seems that a new gadget or accessory to our gadgets is coming out nearly every day with the rate things are going. Nowadays you not only have your useful tools that you rely on, but accessories that seem to be just as important because, in the end, everyone wants to be unique and have their own "setup" of a home entertainment system, work home office or whatever other consumer electronics products we utilize in our lives.

So with all of that, where do you shop for good deals on consumer electronics? Sure you could check out NewEgg or Fry's for good old deals, but honestly your best bet is to do more research and find the items that have been returned because of a broken screen or other minor offense and learn to rebuild them. eBay and Craigslist are great for those kinds of things. Often you can get thousand dollar laptops for just pennies on the dollar because the person was too lazy to fix the screen.
