Why Polite Consumer Complaints Are A Positive Thing |

There are sometimes valid reasons to make consumer complaints. If I am not happy with a product or service then I feel obliged to tell the company that manufactured the device or provided the service why I am not content. I actually think that reputable companies value consumer complaints because they help them to improve their product or service. Human beings learn from their errors and the same principal applies to companies and corporations. That is why I believe that consumer complaints should be given politely and constructively. If I am not happy with something then when I give my criticism I know I stand a better chance of being heard if I state my complaint fairly without being rude. I know this because if someone criticized my work I would be more likely to listen if they did it fairly without being aggressive. I genuinely believe that valid and polite consumer complaints are a very good thing. If we speak up when we are not happy about something this will improve the products and services we receive in the future and make life easier and more convenient for all of us.
