Where do you take your consumer complaints? |

Not so many years ago, most any store you shopped at had a consumer complaints office or department so it was relatively easy to register any consumer complaints you might have. Times have changed. Now you cannot find these consumer complaints departments in most stores so where do you go to get help resolving or filing consumer complaints? Try the Better Business Bureau as a first option and if you do not get any satisfaction this way you can always contact your state's Attorney General to file consumer complaints. The sad fact is that in today's economy and marketplace many business owners do not want to deal with an unsatisfied consumer so you have to take matters into your own hands and use the legal options available to you. This includes any issue you feel you have been misled on concerning not only the purchase of physical products but also applies to contracted services and investments made on the Internet. There is help available to resolve your consumer complaints if you just know where and who to contact. |
